Terms of Service
These terms explain the rules for using Dettalab, including account access, paid features, generated outputs, number verification, payments, and general platform behavior.

By using Dettalab, you agree to use the platform lawfully and responsibly. You must not use the service for fraud, impersonation, harassment, illegal document activity, or any misuse of our tools, payment systems, or infrastructure.
Accounts and Access
You are responsible for keeping your account information secure. You must provide accurate details when creating an account. We may suspend or restrict access if we detect abuse, suspicious activity, policy violations, or attempts to bypass limits or pricing.
Payments, Balance, and Credits
Some Dettalab services require balance top-ups or paid deductions. Top-ups, credits, holds, refunds, and service charges may be recorded in your account ledger. Crypto payments are credited only after the payment provider reports completion. Underpaid, delayed, disputed, or partially paid transactions may require manual review. Completed service usage may be non-reversible once processing starts, except where we decide a refund is appropriate because of a technical failure or billing issue.
Generated Documents and Downloads
Generated documents may be stored for a limited retention period to support download history and service reliability. You are responsible for reviewing generated output before use. Dettalab does not guarantee that third-party conversions or user-supplied content will always be error-free.
SMS and Number Verification
Number verification tools are provided for lawful, authorized, short-term verification use only. You must not use numbers or codes for fraud, impersonation, phishing, scams, account takeover, spam, harassment, bypassing platform bans, creating unauthorized accounts, evading limits, or violating the terms of any third-party service. You are responsible for how you use any number, code, or message received through Dettalab.
Verification Delivery, Expiry, and Reuse
Verification numbers are temporary and may expire quickly. Number availability, SMS delivery, code acceptance, reuse, reactivation, expiry time, and service compatibility are controlled by third-party providers and the destination platform. We do not guarantee that a number will be accepted, remain available, be exclusive forever, or be recoverable later. If an SMS/code is successfully received or assigned, the service may be considered delivered and your balance may be charged. If no SMS is received before expiry, Dettalab may release or refund the held balance according to our system records.
Abuse Prevention and Enforcement
We may monitor service usage, rate-limit requests, block transactions, withhold service access, request additional information, suspend accounts, or terminate access where we believe there is unlawful, abusive, automated, high-risk, fraudulent, or provider-policy-violating activity. We may also cooperate with provider, payment processor, legal, regulatory, or platform requests when required to protect Dettalab, our users, or third-party services.
Third-Party Services
Dettalab may rely on third-party providers for payments, document conversion, storage, analytics, communications, number verification, and SMS delivery. Availability, speed, reliability, pricing, refund eligibility, and provider rules may depend partly on those providers. We may change providers or technical workflows without prior notice when needed for service continuity.
Service Changes and Liability
We may update, pause, limit, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Dettalab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including delays, temporary outages, missed codes, rejected numbers, unavailable providers, account restrictions on third-party platforms, payment processor delays, or issues caused by third-party integrations.
Indemnity
If your misuse of Dettalab causes claims, losses, provider charges, chargebacks, penalties, investigations, account bans, legal issues, or damage to Dettalab or any third party, you agree to be responsible for those consequences to the maximum extent allowed by law.
